A Novel Miniaturized Isotropic Patch Antenna for X -Band Radar Applications Using Split Ring Resonators

چکیده

A new circular patch antenna with a novel metamaterial structure that achieves high bandwidth and positive gain across the operating band. The proposed was Designed by incorporating three split ring resonators into fabricating it 15 ×10 ×1.6 mm3. use of negative permittivity permeability reduced mutual coupling in wideband antenna. designed shows isotropic nature at 9.71 GHz band from 8.80 to 12.89 for X applications specifically detecting objects using radars. optimetrics technique analyzed impedance matching good return loss -30 dB. In comparison previous works, miniaturization achieved up 81.94%. efficiency 95.6% pattern were also HFSS020R2.
